Pregnancy is full of anticipation, first we anticipate that positive pregnancy test, then the first prenatal appointment, then of course the waiting to show and feel those first little baby kicks, all the while wondering if you are carrying a boy or girl. Most of us have to wait until around 20 weeks to get a peek at the gender during an ultrasound, in my case it's 22 weeks. But IntelliGender can tell you as early as 10 Weeks pregnant with an accuracy of about 90%!
I've recently decided that I will not be finding out the gender of my little one at my ultrasound in July, it's our last baby and I'm going to try really hard to keep the gender a surprise until the birth (even though my gut feeling from day 1 has been girl), but I did take the IntelliGender test for fun. I first heard about the product in 2006 when I was expecting my 5th child. I took the test at around 17 weeks pregnant and got a Boy result. I found out a couple weeks later by ultrasound that I was expecting a girl, and she is now 4 years old. When I took the test below 2 weeks ago at 10 weeks 5 days pregnant, I noticed the instructions were very precise. What stood out most was the instructions to use first morning urine, and only 20cc's of it. I don't recall that being listed on the test I took in 2006 which may have been the reason for my false result.
Ok now on to the results 
I took this test on 4/15/2011 at which time I was 10 weeks 5 days pregnant. I followed the directions precisely. And here is what it said.
As you can see, that is a very clear Girl result which coincides with my gut feeling as well as most of the gender myths out there. I will be very surprised if I see a boy in November, but not disappointed.

For those who would love a hint as to what the gender may be, I definitely recommend this product. It's low cost and far more accurate than the gender myths out there. I wouldn't recommend painting the nursery blue or pink based on the results (and neither does IntelliGender) but it's definitely a fun, easy and early way to get some insight to that little baby growing inside. I am now about 13 weeks along and I look forward to finding out if the test was right in about 27 weeks or so
